5-track 3" mini CD-R EP, housed in an enclosed miniature white envelope - between nice textured folded card stock inside, as well as a text insert - with broccoli patterns on frontside - using actual pieces of the veg. dipped in black ink and pressed against the front of the envelope & created interesting looking shapes. The letters S and D are also stamped in corners to somewhat identify the band name [Stasis Duo] ....
Sloppy gold or silver wax seal at the rear side.
Initial run of just 20 copies/ a long sold out item.. BUT a small handful of 4-5 copies have since been re-produced, now down to just 2 -final- mini cdrs remaining... an early super minimal glitchy ambient Stasis Duo classic - a must have for all fans of Sussmann & Earle's work!

An archival Document release from this long-running noise duo of regular collaborators/best mates, Matt Earle & Adam Sussmann, where their so-called "ambient" origins can still be heard throughout.. a surprisingly beautiful minimal, almost ethereal, piece (broken up into 5 separate tracks) on 'ere - with a bunch of random loud electrical glitches, bleeps 'n blops added [or burst] into the mix, all for good measure.. smear the beauty below the surface just a little .. just the right amount of ugliness splashed over the top, giving it a good overall balance.
After the first 4 really short tracks, it leaves us with an epic 7+ minute closer - which is also the high[est]light of the EP!
- 'Beetrooits' is believed to have been recorded back in 2001, and originally "released" via Matt's pre-Breakdance the dawn label called Document.
