For O/S & local [AU] purchases: since COVID-19 hit us, ALL chem imbal orders are now sent out w/ tracked shipping via AusPost, which unfortunately raises shipping costs rather significantly & therefore recommend purchasing multiple items at a time to keep overall costs lower [eg. 3 tapes/discs in a single order, instead of 1 item per order.. or get in touch if you'd like to reserve a copy of an upcoming release so it can be sent out in one package/together]. Expected arrival time can vary rather greatly depending on location (& the efficiency of the postal delivery service), PLUS C-19 has thrown a real spanner in the works, but delays are generally to be expected, no matter where you live :( ... but will no doubt be sent out -securely packaged & clearly labelled with customers (and senders) name, address & any other details - almost always within a few days after the order is received. I do NOT hold any responsibility for items that may have been damaged or lost during shipping & is beyond my control once parcel has left my hands at the Post Office.

Return Policy

NO returns/refunds, but please get in touch if you have concerns. All merch items are securely packaged and safely posted off usually within a few days after order is received, unless noted otherwise. I am NOT responsible for any items that may unfortunately get "lost" or damaged in the post, during transit.. All items are brand new & always kept/stored in tip top condition - AND since COVID-19, all chem imbal orders are now sent out w/ tracked shipping via AusPost.. so you can at least track+trace your order & able to make a claim with Australia Post, in the unfortunate event that your item(s) don't show up - And to be extra cautious I'd recommend requesting/paying the extra shipping services/options, such as insured mail or express post, plus signature on delivery for any larger/more expensive orders to ensure* it arrives safely - if you wish to do so please contact c.i. FIRST, to get a specialised quote price from the P.O. & work out the additional shipping fees accurately :)
